NavitasChip is transparent with our customers about one fact: we currently do not hold AS9120 or AS6081 certifications. This is our reality, and we share it openly.
But this doesn't mean our quality system is any less rigorous. Instead, we've chosen a path that is more transparent, more accountable, and more valuable to our customers:
True quality assurance isn't about us telling customers our parts are genuine — it's about independent lab reports showing that our parts conform to AS6081 / AS6171 standards. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Specialized Third-Party Testing for Mission-Critical Applications
Every order from NavitasChip includes our standard multi-stage in-house inspection at no additional cost, backed by our Quality Guarantee.
For mission-critical applications — such as aerospace, defense, and medical — where independent certification is required, we offer a seamless testing service through our partner White Horse Laboratories, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing facility with proven expertise in SAE AS6081, AS6171, and IDEA-STD-1010 standards.
This specialized third-party testing is available upon request as an optional, billable value-added service, tailored to your specific compliance needs. Testing fees can be listed as a separate line item on your quotation, or amortized into the component unit price for larger volume orders.
Process Alignment, Not Certification Theater
Important Clarification: The standards below represent our process alignment and adherence — they do not indicate that NavitasChip holds formal certification from the respective standards bodies. Customers requiring a fully AS9120 / AS6081-certified distributor will be informed accordingly. This transparency is itself part of our quality commitment.

All components sold by NavitasChip are warranted against quality defects at the time of delivery. If, within 60 days of customer receipt, components are verified — through third-party laboratory testing or customer's quality department — to have genuine quality defects or material non-conformity with the original manufacturer's specifications, NavitasChip will honor a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by supporting documentation (test reports, photos, or failure analysis). Claims related to misuse, improper storage, ESD damage, electrical overstress, or rework performed after delivery are not covered.How Quality Claims Are Handled

NavitasChip Certificate of Conformance (Distributor CoC)
Issued with every shipment, certifying the goods are new and original and conform to the order description. Where obtainable, the original manufacturer's CoC (OCM CoC) may also be provided — though, as an independent distributor, we cannot guarantee OCM CoC availability for every lot, as this is the nature of the spot market.
Supply Chain Transparency Statement
We maintain a strict Vendor Rating System and preserve all procurement records and logistics documentation. For every inbound lot, we record and can trace to the upstream supplier tier. For commercial and channel protection reasons, upstream supplier identities are treated as confidential — but supplier tier, procurement date, and incoming inspection records can be provided for verification.

RoHS / REACH Compliance
RoHS and REACH compliance is determined by the original manufacturer (OCM) during product design and production. As an independent distributor, NavitasChip does not issue separate RoHS / REACH certificates. Customers can verify compliance through: RoHS / REACH markings on product packaging labels; the manufacturer's Product Compliance database on their official website; or links to OCM Material Declaration documents (which we can help source).
